Shipping Policy

We provide shipping through 3rd party logistics aggregators and partners. We pack and keep the orders ready while our 3rd party logistics providers pickup, transport and deliver customer orders.

For international shipping, Custom Duty/Quarantine Charges if applicable to be paid by Consignee at the Destination. Delivery subject to Custom clearance.

Orders are processed for delivery in T+3 days after order receipt, except orders received after 11 am on Saturdays. Orders placed after 11 AM on Saturdays, or on a holiday or weekend are processed the next day, with shipping taking the same TAT mentioned above.

Express Delivery (Only for Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Thane City) is subject to orders being placed before 11 am. We will try and deliver same day. Orders placed after 11 am on Saturdays, or on a holiday or weekend are processed the next day, with shipping taking the same TAT mentioned above.

Courier details are conveyed via email provided when orders are shipped. However, we provide the option of entering a phone number at checkout instead of an email address. Customers who enter a phone number instead of an email address will NOT receive any notifications, be it order confirmation or shipping.

Orders are delivered in most locations within 4-5 Working Days however we do not offer any guarantees on number of days taken to deliver orders. Deliveries may be delayed due to COVID related restrictions, environmental reasons or delays from the logistics partners end. No refunds are offered for orders delivered later than as previously indicated by 3rd party delivery partners.

We try to ensure that your product is kept safe from rough handling during transit, by providing robust outer packing. However we cannot control how they're handled once they leave our warehouses, as we use third party logistics providers to ship orders. Therefore, we are not responsible for damage to outer packaging of product during transit. Only damage to the inner sachet/product contents (and not outer packaging or outer product packaging) will be considered as a valid reason for refund. Once received, we request that you open your package to ensure your product is safe and undamaged. Refunds on the basis of damage to outer packaging without any damage to inner product contents will not be provided.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For international shipments, you accept to bear the cost of all taxes, duties and government charges as applicable for return logistics from your geographical zone.
